The Martín Chirino Art and Thought Foundation commemorated the centenary of the birth of the sculptor (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 1 March 1925 - Madrid, 11 March 2019) in 2025 with a dozen exhibition projects programmed in art centres, museums, cultural institutions and art galleries, seminars, conferences, workshops and publications, among other events and actions, around the life and work of the artist from Gran Canaria.
