Inauguration VIENTOS

Last Friday, June 16, the doors of the new exhibition of Martín Chirino were opened in our Room of Light under the title of Vientos. Un camino en espiral hacia el origen.

The exhibition brings together a corpus of the work, including sculptures, drawings and mixed techniques on paper, canvases, archeology and photographs around Chirino's wind.

Through this third monograph, we delve into the most charismatic and particular series of the sculptor, THE WIND, a subject that he began to deal with at the end of the fifties and to which he would be faithful throughout the course of his life, making it a constant, and leitmotif of all his work.
