Last Wednesday, CaixaBank and elBullifoundation held a conference on art and wine at the Martín Chirino Art and Thought Foundation. Led by Ferran Centelles, sommelier at elBulli and director of Beverages at elBullifoundation, and our director, Jesús M. Castaño, the 'Wine Tour' brought together businessmen and professionals from the winery and restaurant sectors of the Islands.

The conference, in which the territorial director of CaixaBank in the Canary Islands, Manuel Afonso, also participated, addresses the close relationship that wine and art have shared throughout history. The work of our Founder, Martín Chirino, was the inspiration for the entire event.
